How does it all work?

With our smooth office admin process, we take all the hassle out of the storage process, freeing up your time as well as your space.

Phone us, or simply pop in, tell us what you are planning to store and for how long, and we can recommend what's best for you. If you visit in person, you will get a good idea of how much space you need by inspecting our storage units.

We then just need a couple of forms of I.D. (e.g. your driving licence and utility bill), and we can complete your contract with you. We then hand you your signed copy of the contract, an invoice and receipt for your initial payment, and you are free to move your belongings in.

Methods of payment

Most of our clients choose to pay by debit or credit card, for which we do not require a deposit. However, we can also accept cheque payment, with one month's refundable deposit. Payment is then collected monthly 15 days before the due date, for as long as you require the space. When you are ready to take your belongings back, we simply ask you for one month's notice.
